I am building a small business in the Portland, Maine community. I have the possibility to rent a small space for approximately
$325-$725 per month (pending 1 small office space or 2)(plus extra expenses such as heat and water). The three locations I have scouted out are: Brighton Ave, Ocean Ave, and downtown Portland.
I would love to find someone who has a small business similar in nature who would like to share the space(s).
My business includes: Birth doula, childbirth education, herbal medicine, and lactation consultation (certification/meeting with clients beginning this Fall). I would also like to start a childbirth resource center. The space(s) are perfect for meeting clients, doing work, etc. Examples of like minded partnerships would be: nutritionist, counselor of some sort, community resource, child birth counseling, non profit dealing with families and children, etc.
